But time, it slips away, like grains of sand
leaving us with memories, so dear and grand
the moments we shared, the laughter and the tears
all gone, but our love, still lingers here.

Now, in the twilight of our lives, we find
our love, still strong, still on our minds
though time has passed, and moments fade
our love, still shines, like a ray of shade.

So let us cherish, these memories so dear
and hold them close, and banish all fear
for our love, it will forever be
a flame that burns, a love so pure and free.
