It’s not the idea of oneness,
that one is impossible and overrated.
Maybe it’s my solicitude, —

That’s how I glimpse into
the theory of gender — it doesn’t matter, really;
it’s not the battle of the sexes,
it’s even not the matter of sex,
neither its importance,
nor its irrelevance.
Maybe it’s the soul mating in the absence of spirits.
Do I feel stronger or less strong with you?
Do you get my thoughts when I am not able to express them?
Then we could communicate
even if they tore away one of our tongues,
and then you’ll be able to feel me in your arms
even if I’m not there anymore.

Čudovito povedno - sinhrono s pesmijo... tudi v slovenščini bi zvenel klic po razumevajočem človeku enako močno!
