V tem svetu vejic in pik,
kjer pravila narekujejo, kako naj tečejo besede,
zdi se mi, da se upiram zapisanim pravilom,
ki ovirajo moje misli, da bi prosto rasle.

Ločila lahko nastavijo smisel besede,
a raje pustim besedam, da se same vrtijo,
brez omejitev in brez zadrževanja,
ustvarjalnost se ne pritožuje.

Ne mika me, da bi jih uporabil,
kajti moje misli so divje in neukročene,
in z vsakim dodatnim ločilom bi jih lahko razjaril.

Moj duh ostaja odklenjen,
zato naj odpadejo vejice in pike,
obljubim, še naprej se bom osvobajal od tega.

Commas and periods

In this world of commas and periods,
where rules dictate how words must flow,
I find myself resisting the codes,
for my thoughts are meant to freely grow.

Punctuation may set the tone,
but I prefer to let my words roam,
without restriction, without restraint,
my creativity knows no complaint.

I'm not tempted to use them, you see,
for my thoughts are wild and untamed,
and with each line that flows through me.

My spirit remains unchained,
so let the commas and periods fall,
I'll continue to break free from it all.
